On VIBE Creative Club 002 – Enhle Mhlanga and Ntando Swaddy interview Karabo Ndobela who is a non-executive board member at the Music Publishers Association of South Africa (MPASA). Ndobela is also founder of local imprint Prez Records Music where he works with emerging artists from townships like Soweto. In this interview Karabo, joins Enhle and Ntando to speak about the in’s-and-out’s of music publishing, while highlighting the distinct differences between a music producer and a music composer. Ndobela was a guest speaker and topic specialist at the VIBE Artist Workshop 2026, where he emphasized the importance of artists understanding the music ecosystem.
